Crumb Crust

This makes the perfect sugar free substitute for a cheese cake or any other recipe that would normally use a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

• 13oz of sugar free shortbread cookies
• 1½ sticks of margarine
• teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Crush cookies.
2. Add margarine and vanilla and mix well.
3. Press into a 12” spring mold and chill.
