Mint Dip and Marinade

Mint Dip
  1. Add grated onion and garlic powder to sour cream.
  2. Strain lemon juice into sour cream (discard seeds and any pieces of lemon caught by strainer).
  3. Rub mint through a strainer into sour cream (discard the mint stems).
  4. Mix well and refrigerate overnight before using.

Makes: about 1 cup.
