Mint Dip and Marinade
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp grated onion
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- juice of ¼ lemon
- 1 tbsp mint
- Add grated onion and garlic powder to sour cream.
- Strain lemon juice into sour cream (discard seeds and any pieces of lemon caught by strainer).
- Rub mint through a strainer into sour cream (discard the mint stems).
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight before using.
Makes: about 1 cup.
