- 1 small thumb ginger (peeled)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Splenda
- 1 cup old fashion style crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Blend together ginger and soy sauce.
- Strain to remove fibers and return to blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until only slightly crunchy.
Makes: about 1½ cup.
Warning: most soy sauces contain wheat so unless you manage to find a soy sauce that does not contain wheat, this
recipe is not gluten free.
