Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce
  1. Blend together ginger and soy sauce.
  2. Strain to remove fibers and return to blender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and process until only slightly crunchy.

Makes: about 1½ cup.

Warning: most soy sauces contain wheat so unless you manage to find a soy sauce that does not contain wheat, this recipe is not gluten free.
