Persian Kabobs
Ingredients
- 6 lb ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp Shish Kabob Seasoning
- 1 tsp Madras Curry Powder
- 2 medium onions, grated
Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for a minimum of an hour before using.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Take a lump and form a hot dog shape on a bamboo skewer.
- Cook over a charcoal fire.
Makes: about 20 skewers.
