Pfeffernüsse Coffee

Ingredients

• ⅜ cup whole bean Italian roast coffee
• ½ teaspoon whole black ground pepper
• ½ cinnamon stick broken into 1” pieces
• ½ tsp whole allspice
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 2 whole cloves
• ½ tsp dried ginger
• ½ tsp dried orange peel
• ¼ tsp stevia

Instructions

1. Grind everything together just before brewing coffee.

Makes: enough to brew 10 cups of coffee.
