Baby Potatoes with Rosemarry
- 1 28oz bag baby or small red potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, pealed and bruses removed
- ½ oz fresh rosemary, washed and stems removed
- 1 tsp whole peppercorns
- ½ cup vegatable oil
- Wash and drain potatoes.
- Blend all ingredients other ingredients.
- Pour mixture over potatoes and mix to coat well.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 or cook on BBQ with the potatoes set well to the
side of the coals.
