Spicy Italian Sausage
- 1 lb raw ground turkey
- 3 whole dried Chile De Arbol (Capsicum annuum)
- 4 tsp fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp whole black pepper (Piper nigrum)
- 2 tsp whole Tasmanian pepper (Tasmannia lanceolata)
- 1 tsp rubbed sage (Salvia officinalis)
- 4 cloves peeled fresh garlic (Allium sativum)
- 1 tsp marjoram (Majorana hortensis)
- Remove the cap and stem from the Chile De Arbol.
- Grind together the garlic, herbs and spices.
- Mix all the salt with ground herbs and spices and then mix into the ground turkey.
