Teriyaki Marinade

Teriyaki Marinade
  1. Blend together until liquefied the ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
  2. Strain and return to blender.
  3. Add the sugar free orange marmalade.
  4. Blend together until liquefied.

Makes: about 1½ cups

Warning: most soy sauces contain wheat so unless you manage to find a soy sauce that does not contain wheat, this recipe is not gluten free.
