Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 oz sugar free orange marmalade
Instructions
- Blend together until liquefied the ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Strain and return to blender.
- Add the sugar free orange marmalade.
- Blend together until liquefied.
Makes: about 1½ cups
Warning: most soy sauces contain wheat so unless you manage to find a soy sauce that does not contain wheat, this
recipe is not gluten free.
