Winter Spice Coffee
- ⅜ cup whole bean Italian roast coffee
- 1 tsp whole allspice
- ½ cinnamon stick broken into 1″ pieces
- 2 blades of mace
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp dried ginger
- ¼ tsp dried galangal root (if not available, increase ginger by ¼ tsp)
- Grind everything together just before brewing coffee.
Makes: enough to brew 10 cups of coffee.
