Ginger Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

• A large chicken cut into pieces or 4 chicken breasts or 8 chicken thighs
• 1 cup Ginger Garlic Marinade

Instructions

1. Marinate chicken for about 2 hours before cooking.
2. While the chicken cooks, baste with marinade every 15 minutes until the chicken is almost done and then allow the surface of the chicken to dry as it finishes cooking.
