Marinade for Beef

Instructions
  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Chop the garlic,
  3. Put all ingredients except the bay leaf into a blender and process until liquefied.
  4. Add the bay leaf.
  5. Use immediately (on Beef and Mushroom Skewers or other beef dish) or refrigerate until use.

Makes: about 1½ cups
