Marinade for Beef
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp Madras curry powder
- ¼ tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Dice the onion.
- Chop the garlic,
- Put all ingredients except the bay leaf into a blender and process until liquefied.
- Add the bay leaf.
- Use immediately (on Beef and Mushroom Skewers or other beef dish) or refrigerate until use.
Makes: about 1½ cups
