Mulled Apple Cider

Great served hot at a party outside on a cool fall or winter evening. I always serve this and mulled wine with the potato pancakes at our outdoor Chanukah menorah lighting party.

  1. Put all ingredients into a large pot and heat until almost boiling.
  2. Reduce the heat and keep at this temperature for 30 minutes to extract the flavors from the spices.
  3. Serve hot.
