Mulled Wine

Great served hot at a party outside on a cool fall or winter evening. I always serve this and mulled apple cider with the potato pancakes at our outdoor Chanukah menorah lighting party.

  1. Put all ingredients except brandy into a large pan and mix.
  2. Cover and heat until almost boiling.
  3. Turn off heat, add brandy, and stir.
  4. Replace cover, wait 5 minutes for flavors to merge, and serve.
