Chain Headdresses - Overview

Chain headdresses have been in and out of fashion as long as there has been recorded history. They show up pictures of ancient Egypt, Renaissance Europe, and the Kardashians, I have been making them for many years and I would like to share my technique for making them with you.

Tools

• Styrofoam Wig Head (Female Foam Head or equivalent)
• Jewelers pliers (Round Nose Pliers or equivalent)
• Long Nose Pliers with Cutter (Long Nose Pliers or equivalent)
• Steel Pins (Nickel Plated T-Pin or equivalent)

Materials

• Assorted Jump Rings (Yellow Plated Jump Ring or equivalent)
• Chain, about 5.3x3.5mm (Anodized Aluminum Chain or equivalent)
